






Majestic is one of the top partners of many world-renown tourism brands like: Walt Disney World (Gold and Platinum award recipient on more than 5 occasions), Universal Orlando, Hilton Corp., Hyatt, and Marriott among others. They have kept ahead of their competition by positioning themselves closer to their clients, working towards common goals and objectives, offering ongoing training and promotions, and investing heavily in systems that put them at the forefront of technology for more than 20 years.
Our principal objective was to improve their current email marketing system and to have it send out daily email offers, promotions, and incentives. Majestic was looking to improve their open, click through, and conversion rates.

Email marketing is a company’s best bet to convert leads and to upsell existing customers. SquareDraft started by designing a new email template that was clean, professional, and consistent in appearance that was in line with Majestic’s corporate identity. Next, we incorporated stunning pictures and graphics to connect with the recipients and draw them in to the experience.
We segmented Majestic’s database into various segments in order to elaborate the proper messaging for each and targeted the following:

We targeted this group to offer them additional services and benefits so the message here was upselling. -
Previous Customers
Clients that had booked with Majestic before were offered special incentives to book again.
In addition to improving Majestic’s current email marketing system and redesigning their promotions, and incentives we developed a new website that would become the hub of their digital and online presence. Our goal was to transform Majestic’s website into a true multimedia platform that brings the vacation experience to their online customers.
